HOME - $226.00 base rate per year billed in 4 quarters, plus over-base usage for four three-month periods with a base-rate allowance of 9,000 gallons each. $4.25 is charged per thousand gallons used over the base rate allowance of 9,000 gallons. Specifically:
- JANUARY BILLING: $56.50 plus over-base charges for the period October 2008 through December 2008.
- APRIL BILLING: $56.50 plus over-base charges for the period January 2009 through March 2009.
- JULY BILLING: $56.50 plus over-base charges for the period April 2009 through June 2009.
- OCTOBER BILLING: $56.50 plus over-base charges for the period July 2009 through September 2009.
FROST-FREE SPIGOT - Same charges as HOME.
UNDEVELOPED LOT (NO CONNECTION TO WATER SYSTEM) - $72.00 per-year water availability fee. $72.00 is charged in the January billing and will appear as "1ST QTR. WATER CHG." for accounting purposes only. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarter water charges are zero.
INTEREST WILL BE CHARGED AT 10% PER YEAR (2 1/2% PER QUARTER) ON ALL PAST DUE BALANCES NOT PAID BY THE NEXT QUARTERLY BILLING DATE.
