$150.00 - EMPTY AND INSPECT SEPTIC TANK, Basic charge for 2 hours.$35.00 per hour additional in excess of 2 hours. $35.00 additional if the distance from the tank to the pumping location exceeds 50+ to 100 feet. An additional charge of $35.00 per hr. may apply if over 100 feet depending on conditions. $35.00 additional if the elevation from the tank to the pumping location is more than 10 feet but less than 20 feet. $85.00 additional if the elevation from the tank to the pumping location is 20 feet or more.
Emergency weekend and holiday holding tank or septic tank pumps are charged double. Holidays observed by the LWMA are New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Septic systems are required to be pumped and inspected once every three years. Holding tanks are required to be tested once every three years.
