Stacks of concrete block were delivered while Leonard used the backhoe to dig the footers. Shorty and his crew of concrete experts from Burkholder Construction prepared the footers for the placement of concrete by installing pipe sleeves, reinforcing bar, and wire mesh in the footer trenches.
